In the run-up to the Beeronomics 2026 conference, ESSCA Bordeaux is organising a preparatory event bringing together brewers and academics. This event will explore the economic, cultural and social dimensions of brewing in Bordeaux and beyond.

Programme overview

The event will present local brewing work and international perspectives, demonstrating the richness of the craft beer movement in the Bordeaux region:
