Happy Europe Day!
This 9 May, the EU*Asia Institute celebrates the 71st anniversary of the Schuman Declaration, which marks the starting point of European integration.
Our institute is invested in research on the European Union, Asia and the relationship between these two global actors.
Therefore, for this Europe Day, we propose to retrace the history of the collaboration between the EU and Asia. To this end, we have picked out a selection of dates and created an interactive, but of course not exhaustive, timeline.
