The family business is facing a major crisis following bankruptcy. Despite a highly competitive environment, the intervention of a judicial administrator allows the company to be restructured and to shift its strategy towards exports, leading to the worldwide recognition of its products. However, the father does not recognise his son's efforts and success, leading to a generational conflict that raises questions about succession and communication within the family business.
