ESSCA's Family Business Institute is intended to be a meeting place for family businesses in ESSCA's territories, for ESSCA students and for graduates interested in family business succession and management issues, as well as for researchers, trainers and consultants working in the fields of family businesses and related social sciences, particularly in the field of psychology and family sciences.
The Institute regularly invites representatives of family businesses to talk about their business and thereby reveal the family and entrepreneurial history, the human adventure that a family business often represents, the difficulties, but also the successes.
These conferences are open to researchers, but especially to ESSCA students and graduates.
