The project : history and context

In a world in constant upheaval, family businesses wishing to survive in the long term and prepare for the transmission to the next generation must think about maintaining a strong network of alliances with a range of stakeholders. A project currently underway aims to uncover the characteristics of family businesses that succeed in building this network of alliances over time and to make it a strategic axis (Editions Eyrolles Olivier Mellerio, Clémence Mellerio, Vincent Calvez).
